Corned Beef Stew Batch Cook Recipe


This is based on my mum's old recipe.  It used to be her go to cheap meal.  Corned Beef is darned expensive these days but hubster loves it so I still knock up a batch occasionally.


Ingredients:
Corned Beef Approximately 2kg
Onions 1kg
Carrots 1kg
Frozen Peas 1kg
Garlic 1 bulb
Worcestershire Sauce 1 Small Bottle
Beef Stock Cubes 4 Cubes

Tools:


Dice the onions.


Mince the garlic.


Fry until soft.


Add the corned beef.


And four beef stock cubes.


Throw in the peas, frozen is fine.


Peel and dice the carrots.


Add them to the pan.


Plus a small bottle of Worcestershire sauce.


Add just barely enough water to cover and give it a stir.


Cook on a low heat until the carrots are cooked.

Divide into freezer proof containers.
